Sabrina Zook is the president of Talent Development Strategies, an executive coaching, career coaching, leadership development, and HR consulting firm. Sabrina has over 25 years of experience in HR, leadership development, team development, talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and performance management. She is affiliated with Columbia Business School where she coaches current MBA students and alumni.
Most recently, Sabrina was the global head of HR at Argus Information & Advisory Services, a data analytics firm, and served on the faculty at NYU’s Leadership and Human Capital Management Department. Previously, Sabrina worked at JPMorgan Chase for over 14 years where she led firmwide talent management, executive coaching, and leadership development practices that structured and supported a high performance culture. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Sabrina was a management consultant specializing in executive compensation for Fortune 500 companies.
Sabrina holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School where she concentrated in Management of Organizations and Human Resource Management and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Society. She received her B.A. with High Honors in psychology from Wesleyan University. She is also a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
Sabrina is certified in MBTI, emotional intelligence inventories, Hogan, VOICES, PXT, and 360 degree feedback instruments.
